Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and NVN Labs ([COUNTRY]) (“we”, “us”) for using Screenshot Studio. By using the site or creating an account you accept them. If you use Screenshot Studio for a company, you accept them on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. The service

Screenshot Studio lets you turn app screenshots into store listing images and export them in App Store and Google Play sizes. The quick editor works without an account and keeps your work in your browser; with an account you can save cloud projects. We keep the list of store sizes up to date as best we can, but the stores set their own rules and decide what they accept — check their current requirements before you submit.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep that account secure: you’re responsible for what happens under yours. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.

3. Your content

Your screenshots, text and designs stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Screenshot Studio for you — for example saving them, making thumbnails and producing exports. We don’t use them for anything else.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Don’t use Screenshot Studio to make anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

4. Plans and payment

Free includes 1 cloud project, 3 slides per project and iPhone and Android phone sizes. Pro costs $9 per month or $79 per year (US dollars) plus any tax that applies, and removes those limits; current features are on the pricing page.

Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and then at the start of each period. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while; if it still fails, your account moves to Free.
We may change prices. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Account & billing → Manage billing. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew. We don’t give refunds or credits for partly used periods, except where the law requires it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription; by starting to use Pro straight away you ask us to begin the service immediately, and if you withdraw within the 14 days we may deduct an amount for the time you already used it. After Pro ends, nothing is deleted: your projects stay saved, open and export as before, but you can’t add slides, projects, languages or sizes beyond the Free limits.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Screenshot Studio available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or stop features. If we ever shut Screenshot Studio down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your projects, and refund any prepaid period that remains.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Account & billing; this cancels any subscription and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you where that is reasonable.

8. Liability

Screenshot Studio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, a rejected store submission or lost data you didn’t keep a copy of, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits don’t apply where the law doesn’t allow them, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first — most problems can be sorted out quickly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect. If you keep using Screenshot Studio after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
